Callback Manager

Our hosted dialler makes it easy to edit and assign callbacks to other agents when agents are unavailable, or out of the office.

Callbacks can be directed to the first available agent or back to the originating agent with our hosted system. Callbacks can be set within the dialler for specified time periods, or set periods throughout the day such as morning, afternoon, evening etc, making sure you dial your contacts at the right time, every time.
